# Fiat Payment Methods

Fiat payment methods, or local payment rails, are the systems and infrastructure used to transfer traditional (fiat) currency between bank accounts.

For now, UnblockPay currently enables payouts to Brazilian and Mexican bank accounts. We support the below fiat payment methods:

### 🇧🇷 Brazil

* **Supported local payment rail:** Pix

  Pix is a Brazilian instant payment method, developed by Brazil's Central Bank, that allows money to be transferred between accounts in just a few seconds.

### 🇲🇽 Mexico

* **Supported local payment rail:** SPEI® network (Sistema de Pagos Electrónicos Interbancarios)

  Mexico real-time electronic payment system that facilitates instant and secure transfers between bank accounts, enabling almost immediate processing of payments.

### 🇺🇸 United States

* **Supported local payment rail:** US Domestic Wire

  US Domestic Wire is an electronic method for transferring funds directly from one bank account to another within the United States. It's a secure and reliable way to send large sums of money quickly.

### 🇪🇺 Europe

* **Supported local payment rail:** SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area)

  A pan-European payment network that enables fast, reliable, and standardized euro-denominated bank transfers between accounts in SEPA-participating countries, typically processed within one business day.

### 🇦🇷 Argentina

* **Supported local payment rail:** CVU (Clave Virtual Uniforme).

  Argentina's virtual account system that enables transfers between bank accounts and digital wallets through the Transferencias 3.0 infrastructure.
